Alan says: “ Food has always been my passion, ever since I was young, watching my mother at the stove. I opened my first restaurant at the age of 21. It was challenging but after a few years we started winning awards.

I also trained in cake making and speciality desserts. My family is from Morocco and these flavours and influences feature in my cooking. Food is a key focus of any gathering and I take pride in always striving to do the best I can and to exceed the expectations of my clients”
